It is within a 17th century Burgundy stone building that the gourmet restaurant CIBO took place. Bathed in light by the large glass roof, the restaurant transforms itself, after opening it, into a magnificent outdoor room. The clean and contemporary style is inspired by the Wabi-Sabi trend: Materials such as the parquet come from the region and have been chosen for their patinated aspects. The combination of these natural materials gives the place a relaxing and intimate atmosphere conducive to tasting gourmet dishes.
